Complaint Review: Merchant Pay Network

Merchant Pay Network Adam Damion Richard Allison Lied from the first phone call. Made promises they did not keep. Deposits NOT made to my account. Plano Texas

 I recieved many phone calls from this company. Set up an appointment day and time however salesman came 2 days later.

Salesman Adam said I could use debit / credit machine to process payments in my store and on my website. After signing up and reiceving machine I am now being told I can not use for both.

Salesman Adam did not fill out application form correct and caused much headache trying to get my machine.

Salesman Adam did not turn in any of my bank transactions (28 pages).  Who knows where they are.

We were told machine would be shipped on Tuesday. Then Thursday they said it had been shipped. The following Tuesday could not get anyone on the phone. Still no machine. On Friday my husband spoke with Vice President Richard. He told him that it had been shipped. When he asked for a tracking number Richard said let me get that and I will call you back in 5 minutes. 2 weeks later we have not heard from Richard.

Finally recieved machine and it didn't work. Machine was thrown in a box and shipped overnight and was not even set up to be used. They were just trying to cover for Richards lie.

We were told we would also recieve a welcome pack with stickers to go in our store to let customers know we do take credit and debit cards. Still have not recieved.

Finally after several hours on the phone for 2 days got machine working.

Used machine twice and waited 48 hours and no money in my account. Called and talked to Damion. He verified my account and routing number was correct and said let him check and he would call me back. It has now been 4 days and have not heard back from him. 

After calling numerous numbers and leaving messages and pressing #2 Customer Service button numerous times finally got a call from Allison.

Allison pretty much put Adam, Damion and Richard under the bus.

 She appologized for everything that had happened and said there was a 5 day hold on my account because Adam had not filled out the application right nor had he turned in my 28 pages of transactions for the past month.

Allison promised money would be deposited into my account in 5 days. 7 days later still no money.
