Barry Stiefel of Merchant Processing Solutions is very misleading. He will tell you anything to get you to sign up for services, such as: Merchant Processing Solutions will close previous account, they will cover any early termination fees, they are there to help with any technical issues, etc.
None of these things are true. Not only did they not close the previous account, we had to pay enormous fees, and no one would ever get back to us when we had a technical issue.
When we cancelled with them, they continued to take fees out of our bank account for almost a year. If Barry Stiefel comes to your business, refuse to talk to him for your own protection.
