i agreed to sign with this company with their agent, bonnie tucker, with promises i later found out were untrue.  when i tried to reach this person, she never returned any of my calls.  i must have tried over 10 times to reach her.  to no avail.  in the meantime, my bank account got charged for many fees she said i would not be charged for.  my bank did pay the fees.   i was told by their customer service rep that i did not pay them, and the account is closed since i didn't pay certain fees.  they want their equipment back, which i will gladly return, however, i am told i'll be charged $495. for early termination.  i don't know what other fees they might charge me but they shouldn't be in business and operate this way.

i've called the service center numerous times to clearify things and was told that my account had been closed, unbeknownst to me.  what ramifications or solutions do i have to deal with this company?  i cannot afford legal help but if i have to, i'll find a way to get some advice as what to do.

i realize that i was foolish to believe someone so quickly when i was very vulnerable.  i should have done some research, to only find out they have horrible ratings and a terrible reputation.  they are definite rip offs and the public needs to be made aware about them.

my experience with was and continues to be horrible and don't know what else to do.
