Complaint Review: Merchant's Tire & Auto Center

I went to Merchant's Tire and Auto for new brake pads and to turn the roters. I was quoted a price of $109. They called later and insisted I needed new roters for an additional $150. I told Russel the sales person that didn't make sense. The car only had 42,0000 milles. He said he was sorry but the car needed new roters. I told him I would take it somewhere else. I went to another Merchant's in town and was told I didn't need new roters. They did my brakes for the price quoted, 109.
I went back to Merchant's Tire that tried to screw me and confronted Russel. He said the shop that did my roters performand a unsafe perceture. I then told him who did the work and he had nothing to say. Please don't go to the Merchant's Tire 1207 Kildaire Farm Rd, Cary, NC. These guys are crooks.
