Hello, 

Let me just start this off saying that I hope that people do their research before even taking a call from this so called "company". I am a new business owner trying to survive in a tiny town. I started off doing great sales and also getting wonderful customers,
due to the great product and customer service that my business provides. Then I receive a call from "Merchant services". They asked if I was available to have a meeting and talk about my contract, so I said yes and set up a date and time. Brandon came to the meeting, he started off with saying how he could change my rates from a tier rate to a flat rate no problem. So we discussed it but not ONCE did he say that he was from a different company then my own( he played it off that he was) or that he was signing me up for a 3 year contract and a new terminal. he even looked at my current terminal and still FAILED to mention that he was with a different company. So after discussing this after 30 min he brings out paper work saying that it was to transfer rates and needed a voided check to "double verify" my account. Not once did he give me a chance to read the paperwork(Also nothing on that so called contract said Contract) and also did not leave me a copy or even a business card(completely unprofessional). So 3 weeks go by and I recieve a package that had a OLD beaten up terminal in it from Merchant service direct, then the next day I look in my account and there was $591.95 taken from it!!!!!!!

Of course I panic and call the only number I had which was Kevin, who is supposedly Brandons manager, I explain the situation and he gives me Brandonsnumber.

So I call him, I leave him 3 voicemails, then I call the office and leave complaints, thenBrandon calls my father back(who is my
business partner) and says," yes I am a honorable man, I apologize for the mix up, I will be going to a meeting to get
this straighten out and I personally will call you back tomorrow". After a week goes by I finally get a call back from Tiffany Metzger who took my complaints and attempted to call Brandon and ask why he had said that to my father.
3 days go by( I had called the day before 4 times and left her voicemails) and Tiffany finally calls back and states that Brandon did no such thing and that I "knowingly" signed the contract. So I replied "talk to the man that Brandon said that to and passed the phone to my father, who she then accused of lying!!!!!!!To top it off when I went to my bank to change my account(which I also filed FRAUD against them) I was informed my business is not the only one in town that this is happening too. So I have had to file FRAUD, change my account, lost inventory, sales, and had have my lawyer get involved. This has been the biggest pain and the most UNPROFESSIONAL thing I have ever dealt with. That is why I am posting this compliant against this joke of a company.
