Complaint Review: Merchant Services

Recently re-applied for a consolidation loan with Lending Club - as a good standing repeat client felt confident in doing so - was contacted by an individual from Lending Club almost immediately after completing requested information - uploading and sending proof of income, bank statements, etc.

After doing so - and stating a fact that he(they) were aware of, that I was a repeat client - indicated that my industry was not considered eligible!?!?!

After waiting at his request for the review process (wasting several days) received a phone voice mail that they could not assist me!!!  Due to the industry being un-eligible!!?!?!?

How does an industry become in-eligible in less than three years and what benefit is being a previous good standing client?????

Also, our business industry deals with and is considered most essential to all opening a business and the accentance of credit cards, machinery and POS systems for same!!!!  Further, if this industry is considered no longer eligible then why do most if not all BANKS, etc. promote and connect credit card services for their clients as well as many other related industry partners for business owners, such as Cheney Brothers, SYSCO, and numerous other third party business industry associated members!?!?!?!?  

NOTE to all:  All that glistens is not gold, LENDING CLUB has somehow flubbed supremely on it's ability or rather seemingly disability to make a good judgment of this industry and remarkable probably a number of other equally LEGITIMATE industry dealing with Merchant Services, equipment for credit card processing, etc.!!!!  Lending Club how is that MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER are some of the US highest standing integrity corporate entities!?!?!?!?

Don't go to LENDING CLUB for anything but a big misinterpretation!!!!!
