Complaint Review: Merchants Credit Guide MCG Adam Kelly

Merchants Credit Guide is completely violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. My husband paid in full his past due collection account as of the first of January. His credit report still says he has an outstanding balance of $1000. It has been two months and still hasn't even received a paid in full letter that was promised to be sent in the mail several times. We have contacted them several times talked to several employees and supervisors, all say "We'll take care of it."
Their motto on their website says they provide professional collections emphasizing integrity, reliability, and diplomacy. Could they lie any more? I would Love to see this business go down.
