Merchants Credit Guide ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Chicago Illinois
Received a Collection Letter for a non-existent debt on 12-19-05. Am sending a dispute letter. Also called their 800# to dispute (888-249-4134) which apparently does not give you the Chicago office. I did not find out where it went; that 800# is unregistered.
