On several occasions they have messed up my time. They put my overtime on my next paycheck as regular time.
Also, I have been asked to clock out and clock back in on a business card instead of receiving overtime. They call it a get out of jail free card.

We ask that your responses be cogent and "responsive." These victims allege two wrongdoing and you do not respond to either one of them.
You have fallen prey to the fallacy of an ad hominem attack. We will not be diverted. Where there is smoke there is fire. Come clean and explain YOUR unethical behavior instead of pointing fingers everywhere else. You are like the little kid that gets caught stealing cookies and then try to tell on "Jimmy" for something bad he did. One has nothing to do with the other.

These people were collecting welfare and free cheese before I gave them a job here. They have no sort of work ethic and they are constantly calling in sick or have some sort of excuse to not work. The reason they were told to clock out is because - if they are going to show up to work but have no productivity, they are not going to be paid for it. Plain and simple. Short of firing them for their negligence they have been written up several times hoping to improve their performance - to no avail.
