MERCK.COM PHARMACEUTICALS been prescribed PRINIVIL for 27 years to end up with CKD ,kidney failure stage 5 worldwide
been prescribed PRINIVIL for hypertension for 27 years;the generic LISINOPRIL never worked for me escalating dosage from 5mr. to 10mg. to 20mg.started having kidney problems two years ago and now am a candidate for dyalisis (CKD #5)
been switched to a beta blocker;sorry to have taken this medicine.

When your doctor after trying many different medication and finally find one that works (lowering blood pressure) you just follow his advice;through the years going through different doctors and after MANY complaints of side effects(negative) you are being told that it is the best medication and you get used to it.After having different issues(medical)which led me to a nephrologist that is when he discovered my kidney damage which only worsen with time in spite of all your good advice of diet,life style etc......it has been recognized that this medication was the culprit.thanks.

You took this medication for 27 YEARS - did you not speak to your Dr about side effects?? Of did you chose not to change your lifestyle ie: diet, exercise etc etc. And it is DIALYSIS -
