Merck Shareholder Services Wells Fargo Awful! Lansdale , Pennsylvania
I have had to use a service for Merck stockholders in order to cash in the stocks that my Dad left me as he was an employee. It has been a nightmare. They ignored my letter and when I call they give me different information on different days. I has asked to sell the stocks and send me a check which they ignored until today and because of that I have lost close to $12,000 because the stock dropped. They were supposed to call me back today and of course have not. It is horrible to treat someone else's life savings like this and hold their children hostage.
