Mercury insurance/Todd I bought a 2006 Nissan 350z and had an oil consumption with dealer and engine was bad took forever to have warranty co approve my claim and finally after months of arguing and with dealer help they replaced my engine with a junk yard engine that is worse and now dealer said I need engine again after consumption test again and engine burns more oil now than ever ! Mercury denied my claim and now stuck with a junk yard motor that burns more oil ! This has been the worse experience ever and now I am stuck paying for a vehicle that has an engine with no idea of mileage and burns more oil ! I bought warranty with San Mateo credit union in so San Francisco ca and they are just as guilty of mercury selling this crap of insurance to hard working people avoid mercury and San Mateo credit union !!!! I bought my 2006 nissan 350z with San Mateo credit union in south San Francisco ca and the sold me extended warranty for this vehicle and according to them it was the best.the vehicle at first oil change had low oil and I found out that too much oil burning by second oil change so I put in a claim and was advised to take to dealer and start oil consumption test and I did and dealer recomended new engine but from there I was giving so much attitude and the worst customer service I ever experienced so finally after arguing and dealer helping me they decided to approve and engine since consumption test failed and compression test fail
and was finally happy but here comes more bad news they said they would replace with a junk yard motor and I said no but at end had no choice and now this junk yard engine burns more oil and so I took agai to get oil consumption test again and they denied my claim and now I am stuck with an engine that is worse and most likely more miles.Mercury insurance has made me stress and they are the worse people to deal with and will not want to cover anything these people are scammers so avoid as for San Mateo credit union just at fault for selling this crap of insurance to hard working people so avoid mercury insurance people !!!!!!!!
