Everyone should be aware that Rosemary Anthony, photographer is a CON-ARTIST and a FRAUD.
It is still nore than 2.5yrs and she has failed to complete all the contractual expectations; Frames valued at $ 615 have not ever been delivered, nor have we received the CD with all shots taken. She prays on unsuspecting, honest people for money to live on, instead of delivering her product in entirety per contract. She has excuses beyond belief and is a pathological liar.
On 12/15/2014 she spent several hours for our family for a pet and family shoot. She handwrote the contract and demanded immediate payment in full $ 4,607.00 (for prints, frames, bound book of pics and for HIGH Definition CD with all shots). The next day literally required the checks to be cashed at the respective bank I wrote the checks from; Payment in full is wrong, and this was another sign I should have heeded.
Obtaining our initial portrait sized prints took months, and book of pictures was a painful process of constantly prodding and took more than 1 yr to obtain. Thiese are not the practices of a legitimate photographer.
She has changed the name of company from The Art of Imagery to Mere Images Photography because she already has judgments against her. Without our authorization, she is using our images on her websites; I have asked her to remove them and she has not.
