Meredian Financial Services/ Loan Services did not pay additional principal of roughly 1270.00 to mortgage listed on settlement and did not pay 250.00 refund from two months ago. Internet
I closed on November 11, 2009 and the loan was funded 5 days later. There are roughly 1270.00 in additional principal that was never paid to the mortgage that is being held by Meredian and an additional 250.00 that was to be refunded to the customer(me) that was never refunded.
Meredian Financial Corp continues to avoid my calls, emails, etc. on this. They say the check is in the mail, or we are working on the file but nothing ever gets done.
The Notory that did my paperwork made me aware of this because they did not even pay her for the services on closing.
Meredian is either stealing escrow funds or poorly understaffed and managed either way I am filing a complaint against them as well as a law suit because of this.
Beware Meredian is a nightmare and will steal your money. Never again will I answer a call on the phone providing a service because of them.

After working with a few of the individuals at Meredian Financial I was able to get a lower interest rate that was unattainable by any other company. After a set back the company handled my loan properly and gave me a customer appreciation check to compensate for any delay in the loan process during the troubled market time. Thank you Meredian Financial employees for getting the loan I needed and the great customer support to get through the loan processes.

I believe these guys deserve to have the paper work audited. If a crime was committed the paper work is where it would be found. Endless Fraud Detection provides third party certified forensic mortgage audits and even the litigation support paper work. The litigation paper work is state specific and is based on all the violations found in the audit. Just add a dot com to the name and you will find the website. They even have a radio show, Endless Fraud Detection Radio show, with links at the top of the home page. The Dec 3 and 17 show on the rule of law network are with a client who had 11 rescindable violations which means he gets his money back and then add all the fines for the violations and hope it adds up to more than the cost of the house and then they owe you. If not then you can renegotiate for a ridiculous low rate say 0.5% like some have done when they have this level of fraud. It's not if you were defrauded but how much were you defrauded.
