Merial Frontline Product doesn't work and they don't honor "Satisfaction guarantee" Duluth Georgia

 I also had a horrible experience with Merial Corp. and their Frontline product. I used the product as directed and my dog was infested with fleas. After no luck getting rid of the fleas, I went to a vet and got Comfortis, which knocked all the fleas off my pet in 30 minutes.

So I called Merial about the "Satisfaction Guarantee" on the box. They explained that unless my home was infested with fleas and unless I used their product for 3 months, I was not "eligible" for a refund. First I spoke to Tierra and then her supervisor, Jeremy. They only know how to read from a script. I spoke to bothe the pet store owner who sold me this product and my vet, who also carries Frontline products. I got much satisfaction that neither will carry Frontline products anymore as a result of my experience.

Don't buy or use Frontline: it doesn't work, it is expensive and they are guilty of false advertising as well as not having integrity by not honoring their own label of "Satisfaction Guaranteed." No one at this company seems to understand the concept of cutomer service or what a "satisfaction guarantee" means.
