I signed a contract with Meridian Marketing Group, they promised a new website, and cards for our dinner clientele to receive coupons and promotions.  We had 60 days to cancel if we were not satisfied with our service.  As day 45 rolled around, our campaign manager, Miss Marmi Block had done next to nothing for us. 

I decided to cut my losses and asked to cancel my contract.  She did not respond.  I phoned the company, complained to Alain LeFebvre (con artist extraordinaire) and he reassigned my account to the equally incompetent Tina Raby. 

It has been 3 months, and they rarely answer phones, do not respond to emails.  It is because these 3 individuals are out taking money from other innocent people.  The company is obviously insolvent, and a virtual scam.  They do not even pay Fedex as they are sending clients bills.

This company is a total scam, and you should refrain from doing business with them.  They will take your money, do nothing, and never respond to you!

This "man" also came to my business and sounded very good.  Obviously inteligent and knows the business - great talker.  I paid and signed for the contract, which allowed me to cancel within 60 days and get a full refund.  After I signed, the communication started to slow down. I did some further research and finally found some comments from other business owners about Alan Lefever and his company.

I asked Mr Alan Lefever to come by my office again to have a discussion. He avoided me at all costs. Finally I told him about all the reviews I found on him and I would like him to explain himself.  When it seemed to much of a bother for him to come in and talk to me about it, and he only said that these were just angry clients that did not follow his plan, then I decided to cancel the agreement (only 30 days in to the contract). I was well within my rights of the contract, and I wanted my full refund back.

I sent him many emails and phone calls and when I did finally get a hold of him, by email, he accepted my letter to cancel the contract and that he would give me my money back.  3 months later, no cheque, no email no communication. I then threatened him with a lawsuit.  This is where he became aggressive, and combative.  Telling me how he could crush me and that he has dealt with lawsuits before and it will take years to get to court, etc.  He said he would never refund my money and that he would sell my client list to other people to make money off of it.

Well, I filed the lawsuit, and finally it has come to court.

I would love to see as many people, employees, ex-partners and others who have been screwed by Mr. Alan Lefever to come to court.  I will ask the judge if you can speak on my behalf.

I have an open and shut case, that Mr. Alan Lefever would like to dispute, with no defence, that is if he shows up at all.

Come on down and I can show you how to sue Mr. Alan Lefever and his company and the steps I took.  Don't let him get away with your hard earned money.

Account Managers not at fault

Everything you have said regarding this company is true except for placing any blame on the Account Managers.  The Account Managers are only employees of the company and are following out instructions given by the owners (including Tina who is Alain's wife).  It isnt until you have worked for them for a little while that you realize what is happening. Unfortunately, at that point, you need your job so you continue to do what you are told until you can find another job and get out of there. 

There are numerous cases against them for fraud and from ex-employees who have been cheated out of money owed to them.  The owners manage to hid from everyone and continue to do business wherever they can.
