Meridian Networks USA - Gene Gopshtein - David Rosborough Do not pay invoices Trevose Pennsylvania
After many calls and conversations with Gene Gopshtein, CEO, and David Rosborough from Meridian Networks USA, we have not been able to collect on either of our two invoices.
The 1st invoice we subcontracted for National Cable & Wire, who in turn was subcontracted by Meridian Networks, the official contractor of the US Army Recruiting office. We received orders for job the same day the US Army Recruiting Station was moving to their new office, complicating the install. The job was completed on 12-15-08. Meridian Networks blames National Cable and Wire for not paying us. After calling and emailing National Cable and not being able to reach Dennis O'Leary, the owner of NC, (Never in the office, Never return calls) to ensure he keeps his promise to pay us net. 30 days. Upon failure to collect from Nationa Cable, David Rosborough from Meridian Networks, promised to us Meridian will pay for it (March, 2009).
Shortly after, Meridian Networks sent us a second work order for, again, the US Army Recruiting Headquarters in Indy. We took the order and completed on 3-10-09 on a net. 60 day payment agreement.
Last week we called Gene Gopshtein of Meridian to check if he had sent the payment as promised the week prior. As expected he is not taking our calls, not returning voice mail messages left to his mailbox.
Dennis O'Leary from National Cable & Wire made a report on Meridian Networks complaining about the same (Check Ripoff Report #443041)
As of today, we have not receive payment on either job. But, we have spoken to our lawyer to file suit to National Cable & Wire and Meridian Networks USA.
To all telephone Companies that subcontract, "Be Aware" these guys do not pay for services or materials used to complete their orders.

On March 4, 2010, I spoke to William Hayes, a representative of a collection agency called CMR out of Texas, who claims he is trying to collect money on behalf of numerous contractors who also were contracted by National Cable and Wire, and were not paid for their services. Mr Hayes stated that Dennis O'Leary won a lawsuit agaisnt Meridian Networks for moneys owed. Dennis O'Leary has now disappeared, website is down, phone numbers are disconnected, and it is assumed that National Cable and Wire is no longer in business. According to Mr Hayes, CMR has a staff of private investigators looking for Dennis OLeary's whereabouts and are confident they will find him soon. How do you plan to rebute this one Mr O'Leary?? Time to Pay up!

You know that we have a verbal agreement that you will pay in 30 days. But, I think your memory do not serve you well.
As your comment that you told me that you got burned by meridian, REMEMBER, we spoke once about the 30 day payment and you never answer my calls and you never returned our calls.
Your local pharmacy is full of "memory enhancing" products, you may try them.

You claim I never answer the phone and this is FALSE I spoke to you several times. We also NEVER said we pay net 30 and you know that. And you took additional work from Meridian after I told you they never paid us and got burned as well. So I hope you learned a valuable lesson here. I told you we would attempt to recover monies due to you but you decided to go directly to Meridian and for whatever reason ( I suspect your greed or lack of business experience) took additional work from them after you were told what they did to us. So I guess the fact they burned you again you have verified what I told you on the phone was the truth. Perhaps you should believe someone when they are open and honest with you, instead of making threats and being rude. I feel you got exactly what you deserved by trying to work directly with Meridian and "cutting out" ours or any firm in order to turn a bigger profit. Welcome to the "Burned by Meridian Networks" club
