MERIMAC LEASING COMPANY this company is trying to get money for me for merchandise that i sent back to them being it was faulty used equipment. they were charging my bank account for over two years deducted thousands of dollars for a terminal that has a $150 value i even paid them until it broke. then I had called the original processing place called 1st american as well as merman to get new equipment they hung up on me told me to talk to manager ed garcia which never returned my call back. so i was forced to go through another company or not accept master card and visa no more. What was so bad is I never signed with merman i signed with 1st american and they told me two years later merman and them were in together. BEWARE of this or these companies merimc leasing 1st american all in together and for the record no one can put a bad business type transaction on your credit report only individuals can have that done. my attorney tells me they won't even try it because they know they have ripped u off so much already it doenst even matter. MERIMAC CARD LEASING SERVICES SUPPOSSINGLY THE PROCESSOR OF 1ST AMERICAN WHAT THEY DONT TELL U AT 1ST AMERICAN IS THEY USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BOTH IN IT TOGETHER. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I HAD TO CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY KEPT DEDUCTING MONEY I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT FOR OVER TWO YEARS. IF THERE EQUIPMENT DIDNT BREAK I STILL WOULD HAVE NOT KNOWN ABOUT IT. I RETURNED THERE EQUIPMENT GOT CONFORMATION AND THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY IM IN A LEASE AGREEMENT. 1 I NEVER SIGNED UP WITH THEM I SIGNED UP WITH 1ST AMERICAN. 2 WHY WOULD I PAY THEM FOR EQUIPMENT THAT IS BROKE THAT I DONT EVEN HAVE. 3 AND THIS IS HUGE THE TERMINAL THEY LEASED ME WAS SUPPOSSED TO BE NEW IT WAS USED A NEW ONE IS ONLY WORTH 150.00 THEY HAVE SOAKED OVER 2000.00 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I CANT BELIEVE THEY COULD EVEN PURSUE THIS MATTER AFTER ALL THE MONEY THEY HAVE OVER CHARGED ME FOR. BEWARE OF MERIMAC LEASING IF U ARE A MERCHANT BUY YOUR TERMINAL AND GO THROUGH A LEGIT BANK.
