Merimobiles Money lost due to lost shipment and seller didn´t react Internet

Please customer beware of the seller merimobiles.com

I ordered a mobile phone from merimobiles.com 2 months ago with DHL Express to get shipping number and fast delivery. Unfortunately the local DHL team lost the shipment somehow.

As i informed merimobiles.com, they don´t reply fast and the first message flow was completely useless cause they don´t understand my issue at all. As i really explained them everything in detail and sent them the  confirmation that shipment was lost by local DHL service, they understood and promised me to do something and i will get new cell phone shipped asap.

This is now one month ago and nothing was shipped or done- Only, that they want again 23$ for additional shipping.

This service is bad and it is really annoying. And for me it seems if everthing is running correct and shipment reaches you, you will get what you pay for, but if something is going wrong it ends up in a mess and your money is lost.

Unfortunately i can´t claim via Paypal, cause i already did, cause initial shipping takes too long also.

I already asked them to send me the money back asap. This is actual situation.  And by the way, we are talking about 850$
