Merit Technology Partners did not pay me Sedona, Arizona
I'm a writer with an account on the job site guru.com Paul Giovanni of Merit Technology Partners selected me to rewrite his company website. We signed a project agreement and he paid 1/2 of my fee upfront in May of 2010.
I delivered the completed project and Paul Giovanni approved and accepted the work. I invoiced the balance of the fee. The client never paid the balance after many requests to do so. It is now September and it is obvious he has no intention of paying the balance.
Those are the facts. I've filed this report so that others doing work for this company will get their fee upfront and avoid similar problems.
