I ordered a Refurbished Logitech DiNovo Edge keyboard from Meritline.com.

The condition of the keyboard was:

Box was taped closed.

Keyboard coverdd in fingerprints and other debris, quite nasty.

Charging contact for keyboard had a dent.

After I finished cleaning the keyboard I plugged it into the charger that came with it and left it there for 8 hours, during which time it did not charge.

To sum it up, the item I ordered that was supposed to be "refurbished" arrived dirty, dented and DOA.

Meritline won't give me a refund.  Their policy for refurbed items is no refund, so all they'll offer to do is trade it out.  I've seen what kind of QA they have, so I'm not interested in a replacement... unfortunatetly they've given me no option.

I'm a pissed-off consumer.  I will never deal with Meritline again.  Never.
