I ordered and paid for an item on August 17, 2009 and I contacted the company via email a month later when the item/order had not arrived.  I received one email suggesting I wait a little longer for the item to arrive and they were going to track the item. (On their web site and my printed receipt it specifically states 'items shiping via Hong Kong Post are not trackable") I've learned that this most likely a stall tactic as they will either ship another or hope I forget or give up on getting my requested refund.  All further emails to them have gone unanswered and my promise to submit negative feedback around the internet has done nothing to get them to honor my request for a refund.  I really think they could care less about the customer once they've secured their money.
