On january 12,2009 I ordered a TV converter box that was in stock. On the 15 th , www.meritline.com told me that they don't have the the tv converter box, and they refuse to give me back my coupon ( $ 40 goverment coupon for digital tv converter ). Called several times , they are not returning my phones calls. don't shop from www.meritline.com
