If you donated money to Merle Y. Summers’ Gofundme scam, you should be more careful in the future when you hand over your hard earned money. If you just wanted to help her out- then do what you will. But they’re not being truthful about how she no longer owns the home.

According to Fairfax County VA Tax Administration public records, the property was sold by Merle Y. Summers to Federal Business Systems Corporation on 01/17/2013 for $277,000. Notes: Duress (liquidation, forced sale, etc.) The house is now owned by Federal Business Systems Corporation. My brother Cliff Thomas and his wife- Donna Thomas and his brother-in-law who are the owners of Federal Business Systems Corporation allowed Ms. Summers and her family- Donald Jr., Soeka, Adrian, Derick, Malik, Jade to live there for five years rent free even though they had a lease that they did not honor on a regular basis. Merle, now you're goimg around badmouthing the person who tried to help you. Shame on you!

You may verify the change in ownership by going to VA Tax Assessment As of 2018, Federal Business Systems Corporation holds the title to the home, however, the company went bankrupt and the home is being sold in bankruptcy court. Check out this 88 psge document
GoFundMe and the community for money for a house that she sold or lost over 5 years ago. Why didn’t she campaign 5 years ago before she sold her home? That’s because she was in her comfort zone and didn’t care until now because the company who owns the house is about to lose it to bankruptcy. Tell the truth and stop scamming people of their hard earned money. You sold that home 5 years ago. You don’t own it anymore. You got money and blew it on vacations, expensive cars, splurging and doing what you wanted to do. Now you want to prey on others, point the finger and play victim. You can’t have your cake and eat it too.

Tell the truth and ask people to help you keep a roof over your head. Ask them to help you re-buy a house that you sold 5 years ago. That is a more honest approach. And don’t make it an issue about color. The title on your Gofundme campaign page is ridiculous: “When color lines impede legacy” Are you serious? No one is discriminating against you. This is NOT an issue of discrimination. Don’t pull the race card for this one. You sold your house and now that the company that held the title to the house and was kind enough to allow you to stay there is going bankrupt, you want to cry out discrimination. Don’t even try it. Discrimination exists in America and it is wrong but don’t misuse the term and use it to your advantage because you are in a difficult situation. You had time to fix the problem. Don’t act like you didn’t see this coming. There are times when we must speak out on discrimination. I could preach a sermon on it but this situation is not about discrimination or anyone bothering her. People have been kind to her. But they need to see that this woman is not who she pretends to be. If you find yourself caught up in her web of lies and mess, do your homework. Research this mess and decide if you want them to make a fool out of you.  Donors, I don't live in a vacuum cleaner of flith and I hope you don't either. Don't get sucked in with the rest of her garbage. Wake-up People! Waste your money and time on issues that really matter. Not fraud and scams.
