This is a simple scam, commonly operated out of East Africa. You didn't happen to send your money to Cameroon, did you?
There are no puppies, just a scammer with pictures of puppies. They told you a story about sending you the pictured puppies and you bought it. The shipping company is fake. You really sent the money to the scammers. They always insist on an untraceable means of payment like Western Union, MoneyGram or GreenDot. Sounding familiar?
They already got you for $350, which you will never see again. Now they will continue to tell you stories about how you need to send more money for fees, vets, etc... As long as you keep sending cash, they'll keep making up the stories.
