Merlite Jewelry ripoff, swindle, backorder, stole, fraud, fraudulent billing, no customer service New York New York
On 9/26/04, I ordered two rings from Merlite Jewelry. The total bill came to $29.75. I received a shipping confirmation on 9/28 saying the order had shipped. When I received the order on 10/4/04, only one ring was enclosed and "B.O." was written in red ink on the invoice. I tried three times to email this company and never received a reply. When I tried to call, their customer service line listed on the website was always closed. I have reported them to the BBB and my state attorney general's office. Beware of Merlite!
