Complaint Review: Mero PCS

Mero PCS I have sent in rebates twice to this company and both times they tell me it was lost in the mail and won't pay me my rebate. They also require the originals and copies won't work. send in the original Bartlett, Tennessee

Metro pcs has not paid my rebates mailed to them, they said that they where lost in the mail. I do not believe that the  postal services can loose only rebates from dealers, this is the 2nd time this has happened. I have mailed one 1 yr ago and they said it was lost in the mail. I know rebate can be hard to collect but when you make copies of the things you mail out the originals and then they won't except copies after you already mailed in the original paperwork. This is an outrage and I will never purchase a thing that has a mail in rebate again. Be careful consumers. They are wolves in sheeps clothing. Thieves.
