Merrick Bank ripoff Draper Utah
Merrick Bank has reported my account delinquent and past due with TransUnion ,Experian and Equifax. I have paid this account in January 3rd,2006 in full and subsequently close this account in May . Merrick Bank is refusing to correct the item .I have submitted a copy of the cancelled check to show as proof

They should should be able to clear up what the bank is refusing to do for you.
