Applied for auto loan on used 1993 Caravan and when the loan wasn't approved we could NOT get in touch with Walter Stocklin.

He was there until they found out why I was calling and all of a sudden the man tried to say he left to go to a auto show. The SAME EXCUSE they used last week. They love you when you're spending money but as soon as there's a problem they TRY to ignore you.

Yeh, I just might FORGET about the $100 deposit we left. (I don't think so!)

Disappearing acts don't work for me, and if we were treated well, with respect, I wouldn't have gotten angry and upset and guess what??, we have the money to pay CASH for the Caravan and will just go somewhere else!!!
