Complaint Review: Merry Maids

Merry Maids Pasadena is a good cleaning service the maids are wonderful, and I booked them for about a year. They charged me directly off my credit card once a month and I was very happy with them. My mother has a mental disorder, and one day cancelled all my credit cards and the services connected to them. I was not aware this went on, until the next month Merry Maids didn't show up as scheduled. I then called them and asked why they didn't show up to clean my house they said someone called and cancelled the service, and denied the charges. As soon as I figured out with happened I called them to clear up the situation, explaining that it wasn't me who called and cancelled, and that I would be happy to reimburse them the money, and if they can continue the service. They said no that it wasn't necessary, and that they would continue the service the next month. I said that was fine and they didn't show up, so basically what I am trying to say is that Merry Maids allows anyone to make decisions, wheatear or not it's the account holder, if there was a problem they should have contacted me because the account was under my name, and not take decisions from random people that call, please take this in to consideration before opening an account with Merry Maids thank you...
