Mervyns @ Salem Center ripoff, very rude screwed me over Salem Oregon
They would not take a very, I mean VERY expensive necklace back. I don't feel that they stand behind thier products well at all!! I will more than likely not buy anything there again as well as all my friend's/family that may have shopped there before will not eithier. Believe me to when I say that I know A-LOT of people!!

Stores these days have rules. When a customer chooses to shop in stores, they do have to follow the rules that are established. It seems to me that Mervyn's policies make sense.
I have shopped in many Mervyn's stores through out the country, and have always been satisfied with the company.
Consumers today seem to want every thing for nothing, and what ever they say, goes. I feel that it is time that consumers understand that they have to follow rules.
If you don't agree with the policies that businesses establish, then do not take your business there. Find the business that have rules that you can live with.
