Mario Madrigal was murdered by three
of Mesa's esteemed (read that: bogus)
"police officers" 8-25-2003.

Oh. He was drunk. He was Mexican.
He apparently had a knife. The cops were
"scared". That is the local justification
for the killing.

Not surprisingly, the subservient lap
dogs who investigated the Mesa P.D. actions
in the case found the officers "innocent"
and determined they acted within correct
procedure.

I saw the photos and the scene. I am 72
years old, and this kid weighed 115 pounds.
With no weapons whatsoever, I could have
disarmed him, with minimal or no harm to
anyone. Why cannot you gutless scuzzbags
do the same?

Even if "legal", as enunciated by your
puppet rubberstamp scumbag associates,
"esteemed" lunatics of Mesa P.D., please
explain to the public why you CELEBRATE
this two-bit dirty little murder expedition?

There is bloodthirty and officious, and
there is insane. Mesa P.D. seems to be
both.

Of one thing I can assure you: the killers
in this case are NOT heroes, and they are not
even human.

This is disgusting, and the coverup is even
MORE so.

Then again, these are the same bozo morons
and corrupt slime who subverted the "Mikelle
Biggs 'disappearance'" fake investigation, when
pretty much everyone knew precisely what happened.

Their work, apparently, is FICTION and
KILLING. Unfortunately, I have read the job
descriptions of police, nationwide, and I do not
discern either word in there.

No wonder most citizen refuse to treat these
lice as legitimate police. They aren't.

With three stones, I could four meth labs
and maybe a bonus crack house from where I stand
in Mesa RIGHT NOW. And you gutless worms have
not gone anywhere NEAR any of those.

Why, you could get HURT. Better to murder
a baby.

That way, you satisfy your filthy public relations
quota, with no real danger. And maybe there
are "temple recommends" involved. We think maybe
the gallows ought to be involved, and some of you
drips should be on it. Unless you are rich
or LDS in this scumbag town, there is no point
calling these people. Overpaid, overpopulated,
too much gadgetry, near as I can tell, they accomplish
absolutely NOTHING.

Unless, of course, you consider them primarily
fantasy writers. Trouble is, even their ridiculous
fantasies don't make sense. Any group of three
grown humanoids who is afraid of a drunken 15
year-old kid with a knife not suitable as a
mail opener comprises a trio of worms and cowards.
Let's face it, dirtballs: YOU KILLED THE KID
BECAUSE YOU KNEW YOU COULD GET AWAY WITH IT
and TO DEMONSTRATE YOUR POWER. Ain't that was
the N.K.V.D. and the Gestapo used to do? Yes,
but they did some ACTUAL law enforcement work.
