Do not use this company. I purchased a foreclosure (REO) in 2010. This company did the certification on the septic that it was in working order. When I went to sell the property 3 years later, the company I hired said that only the front clean out hole had ever been opened.
The entire job cost me an additional $800 because Mesa Septic did not open the back clean out hole and of course the pipes had been rotted for at least 10 years and needed to be replaced. If Mesa Septic had done their job 3 years ago, the bank would have been the one paying for this instead of me.
