Message Envy Walked out in pain and in pain all day after massage Bloomingdale, Illinois
I went in to try a massage and see if I would like to get a membership.
I filled out the form and made them fully aware of my condition of two ruptured discs.
I said I was interested in trigger point therapy as I heard it could help.
The therapist did an okay job and listened to me, but the end result is that I walked out in much worse pain than when I walked in. I could barely get up from the table after the massage the pain was so bad. I could barely walk as I left the massage room. Did they offer any kind of discount or refund? No. They happily took my money and still expected I might join for a membership. I don't think so. I am normally not one to complain, but felt I should make others aware that if you have back problems, you should think twice about coming here. They have set me back to the way I was feeling weeks ago - bad pain and barely able to move - and just when I was feeling better. I thought they would be able to get me from 90 to 100 percent better, but instead sent me back to 20 percent. So, I really can't recommend them - sorry.
