Complaint Review: Messina Appliance Service

I contacted this group first in 12/04 to repair my refrigerators ice machine. They replaced an "immidor" board and charged me $189.00 plus tax. It did not work. I called they returned did the same thing and left. The new immidor did not work. I then tried to contact them again and they would not return my calls. I contacted Whirlpool because they authorized Messina as a Whirlpool dealer.

After several attempts Messina called and scheduled to come out again. The owner called on the day they were to come out and became so obnoxious that I askked for a call as he approached so that I could meet him, he ended up cancelling the visit. I have contacted Whirlpool and they seem indifferent, although they do return emails. I now do not want this man in my home after his angry outburst but am still out $189.00 plus tax. Messina refuses to refund my money.
