I have been a customer with Netspend /Meta Bank for years and they offered me a promo to upgrade to a netspend premier card if I had a direct deposit of 500.00 or more I did a direct deposit of  800.00 and I have been callin these clowns for the last 2 weeks and sending emails to their website they claim I should be able to get the premier card but refused to send it doesnt make any sense . I have tried to speak to a manager they keep hanging up on me as soon as call is transfered this is the worst service and false adverstising See Below Copy of the offer which I completed according to their instructions
