Metabofuel ripoff, unauthorized charges to bank account, deceptive advertising, fraud Provo Utah
This company advertised a "free bottle" of Metabofuel and then charged my bank account over $200.00. When the charges were disputed with my bank, the company stated that I had agreed to a free trial membership. I agreed to no such thing.
The company then states that if I "cancelled" the "free trial" that I would be charged in excess of $50.00 for the bottle.
The web page that I went through to receive my free bottle has mysteriously disappeared from the the e-mail I received, only the title remains.
I attempted to contact the company to no avail. You cannot reach anyone with the company.
I returned the four bottles that they sent to me but still the company is disputing the charges.
Be careful.
