On April 14, 2007, I purchased a product "Project Managemenr Kit" at $295 from the website: method123.com/project-management-kit.php. Order number 16455. As to the fancy photos in the website, I took it for granted that it must be a series of books inside. After all, it's $295!

But after I made the payment, I was told that I can download the product; I did so and found I only got a WinZip package, which includes 52 word and excel documents and 4 Adobe documents. Nothing else. No other product will be sent to my address. No paper books at all!

I found the documents were of no help to me and want to refund it. But in the FAQs of the website, there is a question: How do I get a refund on my purchase? The answer given by the company is: "We believe that the website provides an adequate description of the product-set and the free download highlights the type and depth of content provided within the other templates available for sale. We believe our products are of high quality and are good value for money and that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we may consider a request for a refund if required by law. " Can I understand it as---They don't refund unless required by law?

On April 15, I sent emails to simon@method123.com, upgrade@method123.com, purchasing@method123.com to claim refund and check whether I'll get a paper package one day. And require them to send the product again in case I didn't get the entire documents. But untill today, with no reply.

I call their service number online at 1-646-514-4750, Nobody answered the call and I was requested to leave a message.

I felt this very strange and doubt this is a fraudulant sale.

How can I get back my money? Could anybody help me?
