Complaint Review: Meticore

Meticore They refuse to refund my money, due to the 60day warranty has expired. I returned the product, so I am paying for a product that is not in my possession. Mchenry Illinois

I purchased an all natural Diet Supplement called Meticore. It came with a 60 day warranty, I could return it with no questions asked. I tried the product, no weight loss, but 5 weeks in, the product started to make me feel ill. I continued to take the product because I thought I had a stomach flu. When I stopped taking the product, I immediately felt better. So I returned the product within 60 days of receiving the supplement.

The company refused to refund my money due to it being a longer time frame than the 60 day warranty. They claim the 60 day trial begins on the order date and not the received date. I am basically paying $243.00 for a product that was returned back to the company. I was willing to just suck it up but I have absolutely nothing to show for it. They have my $243.00 and the product.

3/2/21 at 12:50pm cancelled order, buyers remorse

3/2/21 at 9:58pm they shipped the product without acknowledging the cancellation 

3/6/21 received product, decided to give it a try

4/26/21 began to feel ill

5/3/21 stopped taking product

5/5/21 shipped product back

6/1/21 no refund, company states the warranty began on the order date of 3/2/21 so when I shipped it back on 5/5/21 it was passed the warranty date.
