Complaint Review: Metlife Auto & Home

Metlife Auto & Home/ Credit Collection Service charging me $241.00 for car insurance service, I went with another insurance company but my new insurance informing them of the facts. My local agency TWFG Insurance Service Inc, The Woodlands ,Suzan, sent my a statement stating that I owed zero dollars. Boston Massachusetts

Auto Insurance with Metropolitan Lloyds Insurance Company of Texas Policy #6392601570, AGENT:TWFG INSURANCE SERVICES INC. THE WOODLANDS, TX. PHONE #281-367-3424. I switch to a new Insurance Company in October 2013 before my insurance became renewable, my new agency sent a letter stating the changes(Allstate), I received  a statement from my local agent (metlife stating that I owed zero) so I took that as being the end between us.  On 6/03/2014 I received this letter in the mailing demanding $241.00, and if not paid that they would pay me a visit at my job, or visit me at home.
