Complaint Review: MetLife

Hi everyone!


If you concider  a "career " with MetLife as a Financial Service Representative, please stop thinking about it!

This will become  financially damaging to you and your family
After workin for them like a horse for two plus years, the management and the politics in the company has changed, new managing director came with a new set of draconian rules and about 45% of the reps were foced to leave
They forced us to work for 12 plus hours, no compensation, just  uncertain comissions...
Changing managers and constantly change the requarements - very common practice of MetLife
Not only the inside company politics has changed, but the people who worked as data anlysts,  compliance, smal managers, even a data entery started to act out of like , I guess in order to survive
Favoritism is another common dark side of their practice to treat employees
Specially if you a young blood girl on your 20's with good looking face and figure: those get special data of high net worh individuals:  those who recieved the insurance benefits
Despite, that such  information is confidential
After all, if you been forced to leave, they will not pay  comissions on your open cases that are remaining in underwriting department while you leaving a company
As an excuse, they will explain to you that you are not eligible for the benefits
I hate people who I met at that company
They left a bad taste forever
More over...based on my experience with MetLife, I will never trust enyone tat is a " financial advisor" from that company
Because they are a dishonest people
