Mr kenny (president of Metro 22 inc) did proper communication with us including his family member who are equally involved in business .
naina bind (wife of kenny) handles sampling , sunaina bindra(daughter) handle accounts and harleen bindra handle shipping and warehousing . this was all tolk by mr kenny . Mr kenny also runs a sister concern company called westend apparel in delhi and also gives orders in that name also.
he did proper communication when goods were in production , when he wanted new sampling , for that matter when i visited him in his 1400 broadway office , but the real story started when we shipped goods to him .
that time he stoppedpicking up calls , his daughter used to pick up calls and always had two repies , he busy in meeting , or he is not well and suffering from major problem like cancer , tumer , spine cord break and what else .
his daughter gave only assurance that payment will be done soon and reply that we are on priority for payment but that date never came . months passed , days passed but this company has no reply.
