METRO CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP is stating that they are selling damaged vehicles on a daily basis and that is what a warranty is for.  THEY REFUSE to honor warranty by REFUSING to repair vehicle.  Chrysler Corporation WILL NOT force Dealer to REPAIR VEHICLE and Chrysler states "it is not chrysler's problelm".  Chrysler Corporation REFUSES to acknowledge Lemon Laws and refuses to take back vehicle and refuses to get involved with Dearler.Chrysler has had over 650,000 recalls on vehicles made since bailout and is knowingly placing defective parts into steering, brakes and ignition and then passing on to the Consumer.

Chrysler has taken nearly 13 Billion in bailout and is worth less that 5B now and the Unites States Government should make them answer to Washington in hearings on why they are placing defective parts into the vehicles and then not HONORING LEMON LAW  OR WARRANTY LAW.  Please DO NOT BUY CHRYSLER VEHICLES UNLESS YOU HAVE DONE YOUR RESEARCH.  STAY AWAY FROM METRO GROUP. Go to Bald Hill Dodge

"Please refer to "THE TRUTH BEHIND CHRYSLER" and "AUTO MOTION" car reviews where Chrysler recalls 248,437 vehicles and nearly 685,000 vehicles since the bail out.  Then you can respond after being fully informed."

Are you fully informed?   Read the first sentence above and tell me how many cars Chrysler has recalled.

By the way, do you know how many cars have been recalled by other car companies in the same time period.   As one who is "fully informed" you should know that Chrysler is not leading that statistic.  But, I wouldn't expect you to clutter your rant with such relevant information.  It detracts from the conspiracy.

"As for telling the consumer to go to Bald Hill Dodge, well that is because they are honoring the warranty and THEY STILL CAN NOT FIX THE DEFECTIVE VEHICLE.  "

So, you're recommending that consumers go to a dealer that sells lemons because they cannot fix these defective vehicles?   What the h**l are you talking about?

"Then look at the "Truth behind the Lemon Law" and "Chrysler" and again, then you can respond after becomming fully informed."

Not really sure what you were quoting there.  Are you referring websites, books, articles?  I Googled "Chrysler" and didn't get "fully informed".

"STAY AWAY FROM CHRYSLER AS THEY ARE SELLING DEFECTIVE VEHICLES KNOWINGLY AND THEN PASSING THEM THROUGH CERTAIN DEALERS AND THEN REFUSING TO HONOR THE WARRANY."

You did it again!   Up above you recommend Bald Hill Dodge (for what I don't know) and then you turn around and tell us that Chrysler is knowingly selling lemons and somehow ignoring federal lemon laws (by the way, that's a pretty clever trick. Do they just ignore federal regulators too?).  I strongly suggest that you become "fully informed" before posting here again.

With their lack of details and them recommending another dealer we can probably figure it is one of two things.

Either this is someone from the other dealer posting, or an ex-employee who is trying to seek some sort of "revenge".

What year and make is your vehicle?

What's wrong with it that they can't/won't fix?

Was it involved in any of the recalls you cited?

They "know" they are placing defective parts into the vehicles, and then not honoring......blah, blah, blah.

If they are TRULY, KNOWINGLY placing these defective parts and with wilfull disregard, and you can PROVE it, sue them.

If it's not a new vehicle the lemon law likely doesn't even apply.

I agree with the other poster, what the hell does lthe bail out have to do with ANY of this?

Did you pay the bailout personally?  Did the U.S. get repaid?

Or, was it just another part of your very unclear rant?

IF, the dealer really dvertises they are selling "damaged vehicles on a daily basis", then they must be the most stupid auto dealer in the ENTIRE U.S.

What a silly complaint.

Do you realize you spent most of your post complaining of nebulous issues like bailouts and recalls, yet you neglected to post any information concerning being ripped off?   Care to elaborate?

"Please DO NOT BUY CHRYSLER VEHICLES UNLESS YOU HAVE DONE YOUR RESEARCH. "

Then you top it off with :

"Go to Bald Hill Dodge "

You claim that Chrysler Corporation is somehow (you didn't actually say how) ignoring lemon laws, yet in the same post you recommend that we  should go to a Dodge dealer?    Are you joking?  Who is going to take you seriously?
