This site appears to be an official ticketmaster - rexall place seller. The terms of agreement are extensive and those hoping to secure tickets will not read them. All is hidden in very small print. I am surprised google allows this fraudulent site to pay to appear at the top of searches. I searched "ticketmaster" and "edmonton". You expect after entering purchase information to be issued a statement as with other internet sellers, but it sends you to an internet security site to mock your trust and stupidity I suppose. I called my credit card company within minutes to reverse the charges but without any satisfaction. The phone number on the site takes you in a circle again and again never speaking to anyone. 20 min. later I called Metro Edmonton from the e-mail I was sent but they just reiterated their policy that there is no refunds and they can give you whatever tickets they feel like.
I was sent the tickets by Fed. Ex. today: I paid an extra $25 per ticket in fees and $40 for shipping. Very ridiculous exploitation of the purchaser's trust in the official ticketmaster/rexall site, and his or her desire to quickly secure good seats.
