I paid almost $200 for John Legend concert in Phoenix, Nov. 14.  Concert was cancelled by John Legend.  I have called Metro 4-5 times and rep keeps saying he will send email to supervisor.  Called AmEx - when questioned, they produced copies of tickets, neglecting to mention that concert was cancelled!  What a scam!  AmEx has now told me they will re-investigate and I will get my money back - Took a lot of time and effort.  Would never use them again (aka Ticket Liquidators).
