Complaint Review: Metro Fences- Adam Cronenwett

I am livid with this company and at the owner, Adam Cronenwett! We paid a $2200 deposit about a month ago for a vinyl fence install that was supposed to be installed but never was. They never showed and they are not answering calls, emails or texts. He came out to our home, gave us an estimate, took our deposit, scheduled an install date, emailed to confirm and then did not show up! He has done this to 6 other people that I know of! When we started seeing negative reviews pop up about the company and people posting that Metro Fences may have went out of business, we drove over there. Adam was out front.

We asked him what was going on and he said he was behind in jobs due to the weather. When we brought up the negative reviews and "no shows", he had the audacity to tell us that he is NOT Adam but is Adam's twin brother and tries to "stay out of the family business". What a joke! We used them back in 2015 at our old house and loved them! When we needed a new fence for our new home, we didn't even call anybody else. We have referred a lot of business to Adam and his company and this is how he treats loyal customers. I may never get my money back but this man should not be allowed to do business anywhere! He is way too dishonest to be trusted with anybody's money.
