I strongly suggest you remove this from RIPOFF REPORTS... you have no fact to support this, you didn't have to take the financing, you could have gone else ware... and fees are charged for services, you didn't have to accept or go through with it... you had best deal here.. and now your slandering metro financial and me..This is defamation of character of me and of my company.. If you don't want to be in court for this nonsense I strongly suggest you remove this from RIPOFF REPORTS. My file is ready for my lawyer to go against you personally and any media bodies who allow fictitious nonfactual slander to be published.
Banks, lending institutions all have a grace period, before they foreclose. Fees are added for this as well. We at Metro are not responsible for home owners spending habits, good or bad, or responsibilities they put on themselves. We only finance their needs and wants... and there is a fee for service. No one wants put any one out of their homes... The court also gives a grace period, and is sensitive to these situations.. But at the end of the day, and months of letters, etc. there is court, a decision at law, and or you pay your arrears or your evicted. by courts. "NOT" Metro Financial.

HEY ALL.....A GOOD PERSON WHO I HAVE MET THROUGH HERE, DIRECTED ME TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUS SITE...TYPE IN METRO FINANCIAL~~ AND SAY NO MORE!!!  IT PROVES RIGHT THERE, EVERYTHING WE HAVE BEEN SAYING!!!!!!   IF THE BBB SAYS SO, I DON'T THINK WE NEED MUCH MORE THEN THAT RIGHT!!??   THE "ONLY" REASON WE CALLED HIM AT ALL, WAS BECAUSE OF THAT LOGO!!!  FIRST MY MOM SAID, "NO, I DON'T LIKE ADS LIKE THAT IN THE PAPER" BUT I SAID.."BUT, THERE'S THE BBB LOGO, RIGHT THERE" AND SHE SAID, "OH, WELL, IF YOU THINK IT'S SAFE"   SO...THEN...TELL ME, "WHO SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE, FOR USING THE BBB LOGO ILLEGALLY!!!"  AND THEY STATE, "IT IS AGAINST OUR INFRINGEMENT RIGHTS"  (AND MUCH MORE!!  ON A SCALE OF A+ TO F, GUESS WHAT HE GOT??  YUP.   LIKE MANY OF YOU, I HAVE BEEN MADE PHYSICALLY ILL OVER THIS, MY MOTHERS BONES ARE ALL YOU CAN SEE FROM HER CLOTHING"  I AM WATCHING HER DIE!  AND I'M NOT KIDDING!  I, IN TURN, AM SICK TOO.....I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY ILL FOR THE MAJORITY OF THIS, I LOST MY SIGHT IN MY RIGHT EYE, AND THEN SOME IN MY LEFT.I CANNOT GET TO THE DOCTORS, AS I DO NOT HAVE THE CAB FARE TO GET THERE....

THIS CASE HAS TAKEN 2 PEOPLE SO FAR DOWN IT IS UNBELIEVABLE.....I STILL CANNOT SEE OUT OF MY RIGHT EYE, AND MY LEFT EYE HAS ONLY ABOUT 40%   2 WKS AGO I BECAME VIOLENTLY ILL, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONE DAY, I HAVE BEEN LAYING IN A CHAIR, THERE IS PAPER WORK ALL AROUND ME, ON OUR HUGE DINING TABLE, AND BESIDE ME ON THE FLOOR IS A BIG SCANNER/COPY/PRINTER/ FAX MACHINE AND ON TOP OF THAT IS A DESK TOP PRINTER...I DON'T HAVE A CLUE HOW TO USE THE  BIG MACHINE.THE INK COSTS A FORTUNE, AS DOES THIS LAPTOP I HAD TO GET AS A 'RENT TO OWN'  AND THANK GOD FOR IT, AS I WOULDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, AS I HAD TO GET THIS IN ORDER TO FIGHT HIM!!!  BTW, HE DENYS ANY INVOLVEMENT WITH "GLOBAL INVESTMENT HOLDINGS" BUT DENNIS KHANNA'S WIFES NAME IS VEERU KANTOOR, AND HER NAME IS THE ONE REPRESENTING GLOBAL! AND I BELIEVE IT IS AGAINST THE MORTGAGE ACT, TO USE A FAMILY MEMBERS NAME AND AS A BROKER, PUT MORTGAGES ON THIS WAY!!  BTW.. DID ANYONE HAVE TO GIVE HIM A VOID CHEQUE OR PAP AGREEMENT, IF YOU DID ACTUALLY GET ANY TYPE OF FUNDING FROM HIM?  BECAUSE, ACCORDING TO DENNIS KHANNA, HE DOES NOT ASK FOR THIS, HE JUST ALLOWS PEOPLE TO PAY WHEN THEY WANT???

 this issue has been my reality since the day i walked through the doors of metro financial... he took me on an upheaval in fees and put me in worse condition than the small consolidation i needed help with. I set up a first mortgage to pay off his escalating fees and he placed another 2nd mortgage against my home and used this to take my home, garnish my wages and continue to strangle me.. then charged me maintainance and repairs on my home long after he took it... cant breathe anymore... no one will help, my income is such that i dont qualify for legal aid and the cheapest lawyer is a $5000 retainer...

each time we have a court date we go in full of faith in the truth and in the justice system but then we get nothing but more

expence and more waiting and trying to have faith that it will end.

Dennis Khanna evicted us from our home sold it (power of sale) kept the proceeds and registered a mortgage for a large

sum of money. His lawyer explained to the judge that this amount is included of what we owe him. We have a sinking feeling and no one

can help us.

 Recently, someone very close to dennis Khanna was persuaded to provide inside information on Khanna, his wife, his brother and Metro Financial Planning Ltd.

Electronic copies and photcopies of documents have been provided to an investigator and a statement has been made to police by this individual.

We believe the time Khanna has left to operate his scams are in weeks not years.

Khanna will soon lose his ability to provide mortgages  and himself, his wife, brother and son are being investigated by Revenue Canada and a law enforcement agency.

I have mentioned that we are in lidigation with Veeru Kantoor and Dennis Khanna (the owner of Metro Financial Planning) so we are curious how you (Fightback) know this about Dennis Khanna being almost broke and liens on some of his properties?

I hope my question does not offend you it's just that we have become very nervous with this individual.

 Don't forget to contact Consumer SOS on Global TV.  They love this type of thing!  Call the fraud associations as well as the Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario.

 If you fear for your personal safety from Khanna, file a report with the local police.  They already have complaints and will put pressure on Khanna.

There are dozens of people that this criminal has abused and that is more than enough to put him behind bars.

Khanna is almost broke....he has some properties with liens on them and he has lost some properties already through the courts.

 The more complaints on file, the more wwith your complaint will have.  the courts look at these things and consider them in their decision.

The media is the best weapon against people like Khanna.  They may ignore one or two, but five or six similar complaints will get results!

I read your report against Dennis Khanna and his wife Veeru Kantoor Metro Financial Planning LDT. I have contacted FSCO. They instructed me to fill out a complaint form and send it to them. I also contacted the Spectator and told my story.

I am in lidigation with the above names. I would like to know how is this going to help me and all the other people this couple have scammed.
