4 stars??? Unbelievable. Let me share what I  feel is "retaliation" from Metro Ford here in Chicago. After the issues with my 2010 Ford Fusion last year at Metro Ford I reluctantly took my vehicle to this dealership at the advice of Ford Company. The purpose is in regards to the air bag recall. And because the air bags are not manufactured yet the company will suffice with rental cars. However, Luis in the service department stated that I would have to bring my vehicle in so they could get the miles and vin number.

l stated "why should I drive an unsafe vehicle to pick up a rental car for the purpose of driving an unsafe vehicle"? What he stated was "This is the policy and procedure". Which happen to be a lie. Ford company agreed with me and stated that Metro Ford is foul and that their behavior is uncalled for and also provided me with 3 case numbers to escalate these issues involving this dealership. CAS14979117, CAS14979291, 15001242. Now lets talk civil. Its real simple. If you cheat someone you should not turn around and become "ANGRY" when that person complains.

Its like METRO FORD is upset with me for telling the world how they cheated me...LoL...Everything I write about you guys are the absolute truth and you know it. You took over $200 from me for a diagnostic test telling me my transmission was missing codes only to send me home with a transmission that did not have a drop of fluid in it. Now here I am in your dealership 3,550 miles later with the same vehicle looking you in your face. And when I said this to Luis...his response was  "You can drive over 100,000 miles...that doesn't mean anything...the diagnostic test is saying you need a transmission". For real? Are you kidding me? 100,000 miles? ...What person in his or her right state of mind would spend $4000 for a transmission that may go another 100,000 miles which averages out to 10 years for the typical car owner?

Mechanics treat laymen as idiots. Most...not all. But in this case ...these guys are way over the edge. The easiest way to make the problem go away is by fixing the issues. Not by creating obstacles to discourage or stagnate the process. You guys are too comfortable in misusing people. What you are doing is also illegal. Nevertheless, your predictions in the beginning were wrong. I can assure you that your predictions are still wrong. And because of your unprofessional attitude, behavior, etc. things appear to be getting worse before getting better.
