i am an ex-employee of this dealership, and can tell you this company is the biggest piece of crap ive ever had to deal with. i was fired because of my honesty, and my not accepting the way the ownership and management dealt with customer issues. all their advertisement is bait and switch!!! when the sales phone lines get answered (not only are the phone lines being monitored), but you are told to lie through your teeth to get the customer in the dealership doors!! if you dont follow these demands exactly, you are either fired, or left out in the cold so you will quit!!

the harrassment goes down the chain of command ( from the owner to the owners son, to the gm (major jackass cocaine addict, and rumor has it possibly the owners sons lover), to the secretary, to the management and on to you!!!) i feel sorry for all customers of this dealership as i know first hand they dont give a hoot about any of them. service dept. is as sorry as it can be with a service mgr. whos the biggest alcoholic you can ever imagine and wouldnt know how to service a vehicle if his life depended on it.

customers are used and toyed with as they please and i personally believe they have broken all kinds of laws to keep their bussiness going. someone here wrote about a spot delivery on a vehicle that had not been approved by the finance institution and unfortunately that is a practice most dealers do, but metro ford is the king of spot delivery and reposession. and guess who has to go get the car back from the customer? you guessed it, the salesman! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DO NOT BUY OR EVEN THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

a year ago a customer drove a vehicle through the dealership and burnt it to a crisp because they delivered a vehicle to him at 8 pm, and the next morning he was parked at the dealership waiting for the scums that run the finance dept.to explain to them the vehicle was not what he wanted and would like to terminate the purchase before the contract would be sent to the bank. they told the customer that the purchase contract had already been approved by the finance institution and they had no further words for him. this was not true!!! they could have broken the deal cause the bank had NOT bought that contract yet.

unfortunately this poor guy hung himself in an airplanes bathroom just weeks after because of the trouble he had gotten himself in. i personally hold the owner and management responsible for this mans death, and hope they rot in hell. i am sorry for any good employees that are being puppeted by this dealer as are the customers and any effect that this email may have on them and their families, but wrong is wrong and thats it!!! if any customer past or present, attorneys, state attorneys or anyone just inquiring reads this and wants to know more about this dealerships cheap ownership tactics (LOMBARDO PEREZ AND HIS SON), FEEL FREE TO POST ON THIS SIGHT AND I WILL POST BACK IMMEDEATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
