I purchased 2 cars on the same day at metro Kia in Johnston and though there was no issues with the cars being registered. I was wrong. One of the 2 cars was registered without issue. Second car still has not been registered and everytime I call the dealership there is no return call. I have received a few emails saying the car was registered and that the registration is in the mail. I purchased these cars at the end of May 2015 and here it is the middle of March and still my one of my cars is not legally registered. I was told the reason it took so long to register the car was because there was no title to the car and that they could no find one. By the time metro got the title I received a letter from the DMV stating my registration was suspended due to me failing to keep car insurance on the car that I traded in to by the car I bought from metro. So I've been calling and emailing metro with no response. Metro is making no effort to help me solve this issue.

Well I have to say metro is trying to make this issue right. The owner of the dealership contacted my wife and stated that he would pay the fee at the DMV once we give him the letter from the DMV, and sent proof that my car was registered. So just wanted to say that my experience with metro was horrible and I suggest that no one bring their business there. I took 8 months for my car to be legal after my purchase date.

When you are having problems with a merchant which is local, forget about the e-mails and phone calls.  They are easy to ignore.  GO IN PERSON!
